Your system's manual, without the hunt.
Panels outlive their paperwork. These are the user guides for the systems we install and for the ones we most often find on Ottawa walls — the arming codes, the trouble beeps, adding a user, what the lights mean. Installer programming is deliberately not here: that is our job, and a mis-programmed panel is one that does not call anyone.

No match for that one. Send us a photo of the keypad and we will tell you what it is — and email you the manual.
Send us a photo of the keypad and we will identify it and send the right manual, whether or not you are our customer. We have been opening these panels in Ottawa since 1999 and there are not many we have not seen.
Manuals are published by their manufacturers — Johnson Controls / DSC / Qolsys, Resideo / Honeywell, Alarm.com, Napco, Paradox, Interlogix, Alula and First Alert — and are here for the convenience of the people who own these systems. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Manual not enough? If the panel is old, an Alarm.com takeover usually keeps every sensor on the wall, or see what monitoring costs.
