Monitoring starts at $9.99 per month for your first year, with free account set-up and programming. After the first year, the monthly rate depends on the system and services you choose: a standard system is $14.99 + HST per month, a VISTA H3 system is $16.99 + HST per month, and any additional services are priced based on what's required or requested. Most customers still save up to 66% compared with the national alarm companies.
Yes. In most cases we can reuse your existing panel, sensors and wiring and simply switch the monitoring to us. The change-over and set-up are free. Send us a photo of your keypad and we'll tell you right away what it is and whether it can be taken over.
We serve Ottawa and the surrounding area, including Nepean, Kanata, Barrhaven, Orleans, Gloucester and Stittsville. We work in Ontario only and do not service Quebec, including Gatineau.
